To create the drawing description

Step 1

To create the drawing description, the first thing you need to do is to use the mouse to open the Map menu. After that, open the Drawings sub menu and click the Define/Modify Drawing Set command.

Step 2

Now, in the drawing set dialog box, click the Drawings Setting button.

Step 3

In the Drawing Setting dialog box, you need to

1. Select the drawing you want to add the description.
2. Enter the description in the Drawings Description text box.
3. When you finish it, click the Apply button.
